These sessions offer an opportunity for the couples to dive deep into themselves and each other through different methods of interconnecting. I focus on helping the couple to identify the core issues in the relationship while also giving tools they can apply to help them build a strong healthy bond together.

My aim and focus are not to "fix" the couple's relationship, but to help them to become self-aware through the breaking down of the relationship instead. This is going to require the couples to "GET REAL" with themselves and each other so they can face the problems head on. 

I work with the couples to give them the clarity and peace of mind they need to move their relationship forward, which comes from the healing process I will take the couples through, unique to their situation. It is my belief that each relationship in our life is a Sacred Connection, which therefor offers us a chance to grow and expand ourselves on all levels. This means no relationship is a mistake and they each serve a greater purpose in our life.
